Сразу за воротами Вы оказываетесь на огороженной территории с парковкой на 5 автомобилей.

На участке расположено несколько беседок, мангальная зона, качели, дорожка к озеру идет через зеленые насаждения пихт, голубых елей, тисов.

На берегу есть собственный плавучий пирс с возможностью расположить стол, стулья и провести завтрак "на воде".

С пирса Вы можете сесть на лодку и катамаран. Использование лодки и катамарана в период аренды дома - бесплатно.
